A slight deviation away from our regular Bed & Breakfast related clients, Owner Listed of Tri-Cities was referred to us by their Innkeeper mother (hence a B&B tie in!). Owner Listed is a service that assists home owners in selling their home “For Sale by Owner” style.

This site is a targeted regional site. It includes the relevant information for this local franchise along with the necessary forms and details needed to maintain the business.

This web site was created for Michelle Rouse who is an Innsitter. Her request was for a clean looking site that was easy to navigate and use for her clients.

We advised Michelle on design, recommending something simple and easy to navigate.

 This historical building is managed by a trust, in turn the trust allowed us to help it build a new web site that it’s board members could help maintain.

For this small not for profit group it was a great project to work on. It allowed us to help them gain some more visibility and compete with some of the better funded small local attractions.

This Innsitting site shows Innkeepers looking for a break the services offered by Northwest Innsitting.

The site includes a calendar that can aid potential clients in picking available dates.

At the request of the client it includes a selection of predominately northwest scenes in the header which randomly display as you browse the site.

We successfully advised the client on domain selection and assisted with copyrighting to help them achieve some great placement with Search engines.

 We developed a simple yet effective web site for Koepsell Haus. Previously the Inn’s web site was a two page BBOnline version. The request was for a simple to navigate web site with the ability to add and edit specials and guest reviews.

Within a month of launching the site the Innkeeper was extremely happy with having her occupancy at the level she wanted for the following summer. This was achieved through copyrighting and other good SEO tactics, thus placing the site well within various search terms.
