We have two plans tailored for Bed and Breakfasts. All of our hosting and domain services are provided through our parent company, Thinkers.com. The most cost effective is the all inclusive, however if you only want hosting we offer that as well.

All Inclusive Hosting and Maintenance Package

We recommend that you take all of our options. This cost effective package includes Postini for one of your email accounts (using your B&B domain name, with additional accounts available with a small additional fee). In turn this makes the package more cost effective. We also do not charge for exceeding your bandwidth limits with this package. This package also includes Search Engine Reports for up to 5 search terms (it does not include Search Engine Optimization, but we would be happy to advise or do this for you). Finally it includes up to 30 minutes a month of updates (text or photos, not site redesign).

Our Options

Hosting

Our Business Plan best fits the needs of a Bed and Breakfast Web site. Costing US$199.95 per year, it allows you to do everything you need to have a successful web site. Our servers are located in a data center that is monitored 24/7 by a team of experts. My own Bed and Breakfast Web site is there and the up-time has been exceptionally good (The server farm is run by Webuilders, who are based in Seattle).

Yearly Cost: US$199

Domain Name

If you need a domain name we offer domains at US$12.95 (for dot com) per year (Our domain name registrar is eNom, one of the largest in the world).

Spam and Virus Protection for email

One add-on we do offer is Postini Spam and Virus Protection. At US$14.95 a year for the first email account and US$29.95 for subsequent email accounts, it is piece of mind that we strongly recommend (Postini is the number one provider of professional anti-spam and virus protection for email).

Yearly Cost: US$29.95 (per email account)

Search Engine Reporting

You may be interested in receiving monthly reports on how your site is ranking with search engines for particular search terms (i.e. Olympia Bed and Breakfast). We offer this service separately from actually helping you obtain better results, which is Search Engine Optimization.

Yearly Cost: $99.95

Maintenance and Updates

So you do not have time to do anything yourself. You need someone you can rely on to do small updates like new text or photos.  This option gives you 30 minutes a month of updates (this is non-accumulative). Most web developers will charge somewhere between $50 and $75 an hour for updates (my rate is $50 per hour).
